Cancelation Policy

To keep the treatment space, studio, time, and therapist respected there is a deposit required on the booking of an appointment just to ensure no one is left out of pocket.

A deposit of £10 is required per treatment to secure the appointment time and date, this will be deducted from the overall price of the treatment. This can be paid through the PayPal link: as a family and friend transfer

If the client (you) reschedules the appointment any less than 48 hours before the appointment  the deposit will not be returned, any changes before 48 hours will not incur any loss of deposit.

If the client (you) is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, without any communication to state a reason it will be assumed that the appointment is cancelled and the deposit will not be returned.

If the appointment is changed or cancelled by the therapist (Cathy Swallow)  the cost of the next booked appointment will be reduced by £10

Please ensure you have agreed to this in the course of booking an appointment, this is just to make sure that the rights of both the client and the therapist are respected to enable the continuation of the lovely holistic work.
