I’ve had a few full treatments so far and will be continuing to do so! I suffer with back and general joints stiffness and pain due to work and stress and after explaining this and answering any questions Cathy asked about these, she then worked on and around these areas, explaining why she did it afterwards to help better understand what had been done. She also asked regularly if everything felt OK and I was comfortable, which really helped as I had worried about doing this and someone just doing what they’re paid to do and making it worse, which was definitely not the case here. After a couple of treatments a week or so apart I really started to notice a difference in my joints and back, they felt a lot looser and a lot less pain compared to what they were like before, I shall be getting more treatments to keep this going and help my back and joints get back to what they should feel like!

Superb treatment

Cathy saw me after I had a motorcycle crash and really helped ease up my back, providing much overdue relief and also helped relieve the pressure in my knee after surgery so that it felt closer to normal than it has in ages.

Great beginnings, New energy, Better Feelings

For a first time massage of any kind, this was an excellent introduction. Very caring, professional touch, and communicative, fully explaining any queries that I had during and after the treatment.
For myself being someone who is sceptical I could feel a change in energy, rather than just the feeling of being relaxed.
The aftercare recommendations have also shown a helpful affect.
